Samsung vs BenQ vs LG Monitors... Which One To Choose?

Hi there,

My monitor broke today unfortunately so I was wondering which one should I buy? I want the best money/feature/reliability ratio possible and I NEED sound output for speakers & HDMI connectors. Links:

I would like to choose Samsung because those three have very similar specifications and Samsung has the lowest price.
