Looking for a gaming computer

I am looking for a gaming computer. First off, lets just say that I am very new to pc gaming. My budget is $600 with tax. I would like a computer that can play most games on at least low settings, and possibly 1080p. Pretty much any game I throw at it. I have checked newegg, but couldn't find much. Almost every computer I found, I would have to upgrade the graphics card, (which I am very happy to do) and the power supply! I was thinking of this computer: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227510
But I would have to upgrade the power supply! And I already know I have to upgrade the graphics card, but I would do that probably when I have the money. I thought of getting the Radeon HD 7770. (possibly a year)
Anyone have any other similar computers to that one, and staying in the same price range?
Some games would be:

Elder Scrolls Online (I know this is very demanding)
Minecraft
Call of Duty Ghosts
Watch Dogs (when it comes out)
GTA 5 (if it comes out for pc)
Euro truck sim
American truck sim
And other small indie games.

Another very important thing is that I would like to record gameplay. Maybe not 1080p, or high-ultra, but a decent looking setting, and decent frames. (and smooth gameplay)

Thank you in advance!

That computer isn't a gaming computer. They combine a last gen, mediocre processor with very weak graphics. At the end of the paragraph, there is a link to Tom's Hardware listing of graphics cards. Search for the 7770 and then scroll down to the Intel 4000 (integrated graphics). The GT 610 is a rebrand of the GT 520, in the category right below the HD 4000. The GT520 was a bottom end card when it was released in April 2011.

Even if you planned on upgrading the graphics card, you should get a better PSU for the build that you linked.

You get much better value and quality if you build your own computer. If you would rather buy prebuilt, I'd recommend saving to $750 or so and getting an entry level Alienware or an entry level Digital Storm. Alienware updates it's products a bit faster than Digital Storm, but Digital Storm uses higher quality parts and are upgradeable.

Heres my advice to you. The R7 250 is a lot better than the 610. Trust me.
