Youtube not working on Chrome

For some reason, a few days ago Youtube videos completely stopped working on Chrome. Basically what happens is I'll click on a video, then it'll play for about a millisecond, and then the quality settings tab on the video bar randomly disappears, and the video then buffers forever. I have absolutely no idea how this started. I haven't installed anything new in the past few days, and I've also tried disabling adblocker which also didn't work.

Try clearing the cache. If this doesn't work try re-installing adobe flash.
