Thoughts on new Gaming rig setup?!

Hey, so i'm building a new gaming rig (with the possibility of fraps'ing meanwhile), this is the setup I've considered making (and bought some parts of), would like some feedback if i'm doing something completely nuts, although confirmations on doing it right would be great too :

MB: ASRock Z87 Extreme4 (bought)
CPU: Intel i7 4770k (OC @4ghz)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
GPU: Palit Geforce 770 Jetstream 2GB (bought)
RAM: 4x4GB Crucial Ballistix Tactical CL8 @1600mhz
HDD: 2x1TB Seagate ST1000DM003 (raid0 mode) (bought)
PSU: Energon EPS-750W
Case: Aerocool XPredator X1

Accessories:
Monitor: AOC E2262VWH
DVD Drive: Samsung SH-118AB

I know 16GB of RAM might be overkill, but would rather be ahead of requirements for once since this old piece of junk i'm typing on only has 4GB total...

The PSU is trash. Antec, XFX, Corsair (not CX, CS, RM), Seasonic only.

If you are rendering and encoding HD productions then an i7 and 16gb are fine,. but if you are just editing for youtube, 8gb RAM is more than enough for sure.

I know the PSU isn't the greatest, but i presume that it should be decent enough for running that system (plan on buying a new one for when i'll need to upgrade at some point in the future anyway)?

The PSU is 1000% the most important part of a PC. If it fails, which junk units do all the time, it can fry every single component in or connected to your computer. NEVER EVER EVER cheap out on a PSU.

Ah right the models, XFX Core Edition PRO650W or Corsair VS650 maybe then? or the 750W variant of the XFX?

The 650w version of the XFX is what you want.
