Go into BIOS and disable the Auto Turbo boost. (It may have a different name)
Most CPUs will throttle down when their full power is not needed.
Those temps seem a little high. The MOB is not turning your system off, so it may be fine.
That CPU can handle 100C at max temp. That seems high to me.
From my research you should be at around 85C under a big load.
Blow out all of your cooling fans. That CPU is not a very high wattage CPU, so the heat seems high.
Go into BIOS/CMOS and see what the warning temps. are set at.
Also, check the RPM of the cooling fan. (If the MOB will let you)
