Toms hardware top search results

Why when I search for answers, computer related, I get toms hardware results at the top of the results? And this site is full of unanswered, or broad uneducated guesses.

On the contrary, this site has huge numbers of solved threads. The likelihood is the search may either be too specific or on the other end of the scale, too broad.
