I'll be using it in an intel i5-4600k build.

I orded the corsair a few days ago, but am now having second thoughts...
Will the differences be marginal? I'll be using the PC for watching videos+gaming and multitasking.

I would have bought the G-Skill 8GB Ripjaws X, because they comes with 2133Mhz frequency.
its very good fro multitasking, and is ok for gaming. because it will provide 1-2 fps less than a 1866 or a 1600 MHz ram (ha ha ha)

it stick also comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. this simple shows its quality.

the sticks will have some difference, as the corsair is only 1600 with CL 11. and the G.skill is 2133 with CL 11.
I mean you can buy a 1600Mhz ram at CL 9 or 8 (sometimes 7)

My Recommendation: cancel the corsair order and then make a new order on the G.Skill
and the corsair ram (this one) is the worst out of the three.

Yup thought as much. I bought the ram on recommendation from someone here and then was recommended the g skill by a friend.

Yep, the 2133 provides much better bandwidth and performance, if you were to drop them to 1600 they would easily run at CL9 (far better then the CL11 of the Corsair sticks) and quite possibly CL8 at 1.55
