Colored Lines At The Bottom Of My Laptop's Monitor

Hey, everyone! What's the cause of these colored lines at the bottom of my laptop's monitor? My laptop is Toshiba Satellite M300 with a Windows 7 Ultimate (64 Bit) operating system. Please help me. Thank you!

That looks like a defective panel or defective cable from motherboard to panel.

Is the laptop still under warranty?

Since you won't void your warranty then, you could try to open up the laptop and go through each wire from motherboard to monitor - or pay a professional to fix it.

Sometimes you can buy spare panels on E-bay, but make sure that the panel is the culprit first though
