Recommended NVIDIA settings?

I just installed my brand new evga 750 ti along with the latest drivers.

The software I installed for this is Nvidia Geforce Experience and Nvidia Geforce Control panel. Are both of these independent from each other or related?

What are the recommended settings everyone here is using? Im looking for settings to give the best image quality without sacrificing a lot of performance for e.g. whats the best AA, AF modes etc.?

Cant see the overclocking option?

Ok I plan to play games at native resolution of 1080p on a 22" screen. However I like to know will 1080p will smooth out the jaggies for me or do I have to enable AA to smooth out the jaggies?

Talking of AA im confused by the number of AA settings Nvidia has:

- FXAA AA
- AA mode
- AA setting

Which one shall I go for that gives the best performance at the best image quality?

Which AF setting shall I select?
