After a long time thinking and planning, I have finally decided on a budget in order to build a gaming computer for myself. I've narrowed it down to a budget of $700. I just have no clue where to start looking for parts to build my computer. I'm looking to play games like Minecraft, Counter-Strike (source and GO) Planetside 2, Day Z, and Civ.5, and Skyrim. I realize that the highest settings might not be possible with this budget. But if anyone could please give me a recommended build that could meet play these types of games at the best settings possible for my budget (lower $ if possible without sacrificing too much performance) than I would be very grateful. Thank you
