Hello all;
I'm a new 'tom's HARDWARE' subscriber, and new at building a home PC. I was wondering if you all wouldn't mind having a look at these component parts I've researched and chosen and giving me your input and/or opinion as to whether or not: a) they will work together, b) there are better component options, c) my choices will soon be obsolete and should look to other options, d) there are small parts I should have included that I wouldn't know about until I sit down, ready to piece it together. I should mention that I am trying to keep this within a budget of $1500.00 US, after taxes. I'll thank you in advance for your knowledge and time and hope that someday I may be able to return the favor.

Here you go, a build using a Haswell i7 4770k and a gtx 770 for your budget. If you are only gaming, you can even drop to an i5 4670k which is excellent for games, get a cheaper mobo and jump to a gtx 780.
