Xbox and PC to one HDMI port

There has to be something out there to help me with this. Looking for a device that I can plug my pc and Xbox into and be able to switch between the two on that one monitor. Basically, I have a single monitor as of right now. But if I wanted to have a Dual monitor set up when I'm not using my xbox, is that possible?

A signal box should work.

Try something like that. They make boxes where you can have multiple inputs then select which one you want to display via a switch or knob on the box.

I bought this one for connecting to a single HDMI monitor input my Apple TV, Xbox, and PC. Cheap and effective.
