It's around a month old. Works brilliantly, all I can suggest is upgrading the included HDD to an SSD for faster read/write times. Spent just a little more than I should have and need some money back. Will ship in Canada only.

Specs:
(Listed prices before taxes and shipping)
PSU: CORSAIR CX600M - $89.99
CPU: INTEL CORE I5 4670K 3.4G - $254.99
CPU COOLING: NOCTUA NH-L9i - $44.99
RAM: 16GB (8Gx2) GSKILL Trident X 1600MHz CL7 - $197.99
PC CASE: COOLERMASTER ELITE 130 - $49.99
MB: ASUS MAXIMUS VI IMPACT Z87 ITX - $239.99
STORAGE: SEAGATE 250GB HDD - FREE

$1045.6 (WITH TAX + SHIPPING)

GPU: (OPTIONAL) ASUS GEFORCE GTX 660 OC DIRECTCU II - $209.99

$1299.13 (WITH TAX + SHIPPING)

I'll do $1000 w/o GPU and $1280 w/ GPU. + SHIPPING

Those prices are the retail prices.
You're not honestly expecting people to pay full market price, for a used PC...?
This is April Fool's joke, right?
I know you said it's only been used for a month, but that doesn't matter. You should be charging around 40%-50% lower than what you are currently charging.

Disclaimer...

Unless of course by 'a month old' you mean you put it together but haven't actually used it... That's different.

or a 30% mark up for the time building it prepping it for the customer... It's a PC it'll last years if taken care of, its not a car you drive off the lot...

And all my PCs get taken care of very well. I've got Arctic silver as the thermal paste and when gamin she tops out at 60C, idles at 27C-31C.

I don't overclock as well, mainly why I want to sell and just downgrade to a Haswell i3.

You're going to get 800 max for that. Are you honestly thinking of people paying a premium for your rig when they could build their own for less.

Well no one who checks this site/forum has to buy it.

In Australia, most PC places let you decide the components then build for $100. So it's not a 30% mark-up; it's $100.
It's like most things you buy - as soon as you've paid for them they've lost 20% of their value.
