Power Button Blinks Red

When I connect my CPU to power, the power button blinks red and nothin is transmitted to the TFT screen - what the hell is the problem

This is a very simple problem. I'd recommend removing and reinstalling the RAMs. This should help. Most probably reordering the RAMs.
