"Cheap" & "Accredited Online College Programs" are not something you will see anytime in the near future, I bet. Even the decent state universities that offer online programs created online programs with jacked up prices to make a nice profit off of people. I looked at Penn State's online program because I was considering earning a second degree, but over $30k when I only need about 1 1/2 yr's worth of credits as a degree holder seems a bit steep. You're not going to find a respected online degree for much cheaper than that price in the near future though.
