1st build looking for a solid gaming setup

I want a PC that can play games well while still maintaining a budget but I'm new to this so I wanted to get some input from y'all.

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Elite 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Sandisk Ultra Plus 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Rosewill Green 630W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply

You cannot overclock that CPU so drop the cooler and you can change to an h87 motherboard. This will give you money to buy a better PSU (Antec, xFX, Seasonic) and maybe swing a gtx770.
