I am upgrading the MOBO, CPU, PSU, and RAM in my Dell inspirion 537.

My question is will I be able to hook up my current Harddrive and make this work? I have the Dell OS disk. but other than that I have no other OS. I read that I may or may not have to reinstall Windows. Hoping I won't have to.

OEM OS's are tied to the original mobo, won't boot with a new mobo, If you had a retail OS, stillwhen changing a mobo, it's best to do a new install anyways, most ways around it almost take as long or longer.

Wait till you have everything. If you do it on the 'old' hardware', it will install those drivers, It'll need to have drivers for the 'new' hardware.
