How to upgrade my Integrated graphics using Intel GMA x4500

I am desperately need to upgrade my Graphic cards but I want answer to my question.
I can't play my favorite games in my pc due to my graphic cards are low.

My computer is HP-p6340d.

What does it mean..

Yes, you can, but you will have to switch power supply since no video card can run with 250 w. If you tell me you price range, I can recommend parts.
