New monitor problem

I bought a new monitor the other day BenQ GL2460HM and on black background's it's colour goes all like paint has been splatterd in some place and painted green hard to explain and on steam the black background has lines all across it grey black darker grey green blue etc? what is this problem and how do i fix it

Could you take a photo of it and post that?
On first glance sounds like you ought to have it replaced

What do you mean? I don't get it. You mean the red at the edges?

No thats skype xD, basically the background is ment be pure black and there is green everywhere

Your screen was broken. check it for inner physcial damage
