Suggest me a monitor

I'm looking to get a new 23/24" monitor.
It will be primarily for gaming on both PC and console, so it needs at least one hdmi.
My budget is up to £200 ($330).

I'm looking for suggestions for the best screen within that budget, with decent colours and blacks, but with fast enough response time/refresh rate for gaming.
Glossy screen is acceptable as glare isn't a problem.

Gaming monitors become a challenge - not a lot of manufacturers make budget options that support above the standard 60 hz refresh rate. Asus has several options, but they're slightly out of that range. Here's the least expensive quality monitor that has the refresh rate you would want:

I got a DellS2240L. It is of glossy screen and ips panel. IReespective of aruements thouh it has 7ms responsive time..I played Hawken and other fps games which are more concerned genre of games for responsive time when compared to others....IS REALLY GOOD. You can get a Dell S2240L. Also if you are concerned that 7ms is more..I suggest getting AOC22xx version for gaming. (or) Benq gaming series monitor .
