650Ti boost erm it can get your games running for like 2 more years. Since each game is using more power due to more Quality adding into games.
Though 650Ti boost is a medium level card (more than low end) but it can get your games running at 30 FPS for sure even at Medium - High.

Also, if you want to make some changes: you can try to get a GTX 760.

P.S: you haven't included PowerSupply (PSU) in there. For that i would recommend a Corshair CX 500M best! - taking out your 3800 Rs too :p

Most of those parts will last you at least 5 years if everything is maintained except for the 650 ti. As of now the GTX 650 ti model is already an older model so I feel that it probably will not give you a good gaming experience in 5 years. So I feel that maybe if you're able to upgrade to something like a GTX 760 which will cost more, but it might give you a better longevity.

Or you can try on AMD side for R9 270x. its around 18k INR i guess.

Looking at choice of other components you cannot get anything better than 650Ti boost though.

You have to pull down to AMD CPU to get a better card pushed in :p so i guess thats it ..

EDIT:

dude you are so wrong 650Ti boost was released last year only. and you are confusing it with a 650Ti which is a different card for its price and performance.

There is no such thing as a 660ti boost. How about a GTX 750ti? To be honest, the CPU will probably last you that long, but the GPU will probably have to be upgraded within that time span. They tend to need upgrading before a CPU does. There are people still getting by just fine with gen 1 i5 and i7's.
