Will downgrading from 24 to 23 inch annoy me?

Hi, I'm currently gaming using an old 24 inch LG TN monitor. However, I've been considering getting this monitor:http://www.eizo.com/global/products/foris/fs2333/ as it is a low latency gaming IPS panel.

However, will i notice the downgrade in size, and am i going to be annoyed by it?

Very Unlikely 1 Inch is not that much and the Clarity and Contrast and view angle of the new screen should give you a much better viewing pleasure and less eye strain
