Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to run 2 SSD's in Raid 0 on this motherboard? It's about two years old (2nd gen intel processor) I want to buy two crucial M500's and run them in Raid 0.

Yes, it is possible. However, I strongly recommend against it.

First of all, it exposes you to more chances of failure and a more difficult recovery procedure in case of failure. If you do this, keep backups.
Second of all, SSD manufacturers tune their drives carefully for performance. In my experience, you will get better performance from buying an SSD from the same series that is twice the size than from putting two in RAID 0. The manufacturer puts a lot of money and time into taking advantage of the larger pool of flash in larger models.
