Building my Gaming PC - Please Help.

I want to build my first PC. It will mostly be used for gaming and video editing. My budget is $1400 AUD including a monitor, operating system, keyboard and mouse. I also would like to know if there is any website where they can put the PC together for me OR if putting it together myself is easy. If it helps you answer, the games I will be playing most of the time are Battlefield 4, CS:GO, older Call of Duty games and some of the coming Next Gen games and I would like to be able to run these games in high quality smoothly. I built a PC on Centrecomwhich turned out to be $1555 but I won't be buying from them. This is what I chose.

Processor: Intel i5 4670k Quad Core 3.4Ghz
Motherboard: ASRock H87M-ITX Mini ITX LGA1150
Memory: Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL9 Vengeance
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 7200RPM 16MB SATA3
Case: Thermaltake Black Dokker
Power Supply: Thermaltake Smart Power 650W - 80 Plus Bronze
Cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler
Graphics Card: Gigabyte RADEON HD 7950 3GB DDR5 Overclocked
Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster
OS: Windows 8 OEM - 64Bit

Please let me know if I should replace anything. Thanks. :)

check the benchmarks of your graphic card
the gtx series and r9 series are the only effective change you can make without reducing/increasing budget
they are perfect
i myself am considering buying r9 280x

any way just recommending
but with your configuration you can very easily get high fps for games before 2014
as next gen games are considered you should get 30-40 fps
