Hello there,
I am in a predicament over whether to upgrade my lga 775 processor to a better newer 775 processor (E6800) or to get a new motherboard (AMD FM2+) and get an A6-5400k, but have a smaller amount of RAM as I am on a budget. Could all answers please be in Pounds as I am from the UK. The links to the Motherboard and CPU are Here:

The motherboard link was broken for me. But I would upgrade the system if you can. The 775 socket is several socket generations behind and hard to find processors for. And the MB undoubtedly uses rarer DDR2 RAM. If you are not in need of a discrete gfx card, the APU would be a good way to go.

Just to point out the APU you have appointed will take some of your RAM... If anything you will need more RAM for that!
