Upgrade to R9 270x from ATI 6870

I don't get a chance to review much anymore, but have been a little bit.

Should I finally upgrade to R9 270x for $200ish from ATI 6870 or Update motherboard and processor?

Current system is;

16gb mem, Intel Xeon 3440 2.8ghz + turbo
24" 1080p led 2ms
250 SSD HD
Sound Blaster x-fi

I don't see my current processor motherboard bottlenecking me just yet.
