Amd fx 8350 or Intel i5 4670k?

I don't know which cpu i should get, i already have a amd fx 4300 and i now think i should upgrade it, i don't know if i shoud buy me a amd fx 8350 which my motherboard is capable of, or buy a new motherboarde and a new cpu. The motherboarde and cpu i have been looking on is a intel 4670k and msi gaming g45 motherboarde .

my specs now are:

Amd fx 4300
Asus m5a97 r2.0
Kingston 8 gb ram
XFX readon 7950 black edition
Corsair cx 500
Seagate Barracuda 500 gb
Samsung 120 gb ssd

If you're just gaming, just have your fx 4300. With the 8350 you'll only get better performance if you are playing battlefield 4 or crysis 3, because it uses more than four cores. It will also be cheaper because you won't need a new motherboard. You want to get the 4670k if you do more than gaming, like rendering or photoshopping.
