Hi, so I've been looking I around the Internet and I thought about buying a gaming pc, instead of buying one. The one I would build is http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/3mY4a but would I be able to buy one with very similar specs and price, because it's less hassle? Anyone have any ideas for pcs I can buy to play FFXIV without lag, my budget is anywhere up to about £500 ( If I sell my old one, and not use the case from it)

Build your computer. Unless the one you would buy has a good warranty and replacement policy i would go with building your own. Cost less and more control over whats inside. most pc's you buy have locked bios and such to prevent OC

ok, then building a computer will be the way to go. you don't have to worry about labor costs from retailers and you have the ability to make your computer slightly more powerful than that of a computer you could buy at the same price. if you have the "know-how" to build one, go for it.

Check the FX-6300. Much cheaper, and gaming wise you won't notice the difference. And with the money you'll save there, get a better gpu.
