The max TDP of your CPU is 65W, If the temps you gave us are in degrees that is WAAY to hot, the highest your CPU is supported at is 65 degrees...
You may seriously want to think about a aftermarket CPU cooler.

mate, i really appreciate your answers, cause i dont know what to do, here on my country there is a place where the people can bring their pc to repair their machines and I though it was the termic paste so i told the "guy" put a new one(cooler master) and he did it, but now i think "yeah it can be the cpu cooler to", sorry for tell u all this things you might be dont care about it. WELL I HAVE A gigabyte ga-h61m-s1 rev. 2.1 socket lga1155, what CPU cooler supports that mobo.I was thinking on the Hyper 212 EVO. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME DUDE.

Its alright,
These are all supported by your motherboard:
This one is the stock cooler that came with your CPU, it should cope with your CPU, but during games it may not be the best option.
http://www.amazon.com/Intel-E97378-001-Lga1155-Aluminum...

But I would high recommend this one, it has a lot higher TDP for heavy games and if your ever upgrade to a more powerful CPU
http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Hyper-212-RR-212E-2...

For the thermal compound try this one:
http://www.amazon.com/Arctic-Cooling-MX-4-Thermal-Compo...

Hope this helps!

Mate, sorry for the late, I finally buy an after market cpu fan(Hyper 412 pwm Cooler Master) but my cpu i still getting hot by the way the cpu fan is working at 1840 RPM, I really dont know what can I do. Ive already check the voltages, get a better case, etc. Actually, the problem is not happening often like before.

The cooler is perfect, what thermal compound did you use?
The voltages shouldn't have changed because your cpu cant overclock.
What motherboard do you have?
As we could try to reset all the values to default settings.
But a better cooler has helped so the BIOS could actually be trying to overclock a locked cpu!
What's your temperatures at the moment during games?

mmmm, I mean the "period" of the high temps are about for 1 min, I mean, I could be playing 4 min smooth and 1 min slow,
My motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-h61m-s1 rev. 2.1, socket lga1155
the temp, goes from 30-40%(which is normal, even close to 50) from 70-80%(random moments) Im using the gadget windows 7 "cpu and ram temperature". when the meter goes to 70-80% (CPU) the pc gets lagged
The thermal paste Im using it is the paste which came with the hyper 412
My case: Cooler master storm scout 2
fans: I have 3, 1 at the front, 1 at the rear and the other one at the left side.(front and left side are pulling air and the rear one is throwing air)
