So I'm building a new high end gaming PC and it's my first time really doing this and as such I have limited knowledge of cooling a system (both air+water cooling), that's where you guys come in. I'd really appreciate some suggestions of what exactly I'd need to water cool this system (also what fans might be needed along side).

Here is my build:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K
Motherboard: Asus Maximus Formula
Memory: G.SKILL Trident X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB SSD
Video Card: EVGA Gtx 780ti
Case: NZXT Phantom 820 White
Power Supply: Cooler Master v1000
Operating system: Windows 8.1

I am looking into similar options.
I assume you want to WC the CPU and the Board?
If so you will need to built a custom WC system. I found some info here:
http://www.ekwb.com/
http://www.frozencpu.com/index.html?id=5XS26AoW
http://www.xs-pc.com/

Seems you will need a pump, reservoir, radiator, hoses, and connectors for the MB.
However I have not yet found a WC option for a 780Ti GPU.
