What are the OK benchmark datas for HDD's?

I just tested my HDD's :Corsair Force 3 SSD (55 GB) and a Hitachi HDS721050CLA (465 GB) and both did around 125 MB/s avg linear write. My SMART datas all okay, but is these values OK? and what values should i look for in the benchmark?

Could someone give me a little "tutorial" about HDD benchmark then? when the values are okay, what should i look for?

ah, and one more question came into my mind, why one of my HDD temp is 26°C and the other is 35°C? i know both okay, not high or low, but why is the large difference?
