Asrock 990fx best mobo

Hi people. I have an AMD 8320 and want to buy a mobo. The best bang for the buck mobo around here are the Asrock 990fx extreme 4 and the 990fx fatality killer. They are pretty close in price as well, the extreme 4 slightly more expensive. With wich one should I go? I plan to oc a bit.

Decided to go with ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0 in the same price as the fatality killer in the end. between the extreme 4 and the asus, isn' t the asus a better choice?
