Please don't tell me to build my own or to stop wasting my time. I just want a pre-built. So will I be able to play Fallout 3 on MAX settings on 1600x900 and Skyrim?

it looks fine. if i may ask what is your budget maybe we can find a better deal with some better specs. i can understand doing the prebuilt thing. gives you some piece of mind that if its DOA no troubleshooting just send it back and get another.
