I upgraded my CPU cooler from the stock AMD to the Cooler Master 212 hyper evo and when I rebooted my PC nothing happened. The GPU fans are working and so is the HDMI cord. I think it's because my power supply isn't strong enough. My system parts are:
-AMD fx8320 CPU
-gigabyte Radeon r9 270 Graphics card
-500w silver stone strider essential power supply
-8 gb ddr3 axavir core series ram
-1 TB segate barracuda hard drive
-as rock 990 fx extreme 3 mother board

I have, the CPU is probably broken because my dad was trying to get it off the stock cooler, because I couldn't it was stuck on to tight and he dropped it.

I fixed the problem!! Turns out the pins were bent. So I used a needle to put them back into place and now it works!
