I would just take out titan and put 780 ti and game across maybe 2 of the 4k monitor and 3rd for social things.

That would be a horrible idea. The Titan Black is a little faster, but also has twice the amount of VRAM. The 780 Ti's would be choked to death on 3-way 4k monitors. Even on a single monitor, if you wanted any kind of high/ultra settings and AA you would be hindered by 3GB of VRAM.
