Becoming a part of the conversaion in IT

Sorry to bug everyone.

In my work place we have a lot of really interesting conversations, some of which i have no idea what people are talking about. Is there any place where i can keep up to date on technology, terminology and just learn in general?

I come her everyday for no less than an hour usually more to read the forums. I am a computer tech and have been working for myself for 7 years. I chime in and answer as many question as I can. I get best solution some of the time. I consider this place to me continuing education. I am Dell certified as well as Microsoft, but those cert are very outdated. If I didn't come here, I would be lost as far as technology.
