I need a 1920x1080 21.5"-23" monitor.
TN or IPS
It must have DVI connection and decent response time.

Very rare to see modern monitors with DVI ports these days, thank god for adapters, and don't worry HDMI to DVI cable does not add lag because it is the same signal with a passive connection, but will not carry audio obviously because of the DVI..
