Removal of Dealer installed license plate frame help!

Hello I recently bought a new car (if you wonder I bought it at Gladstone Toyota in oregon). Like every car dealership they put these stupid flames for your plate. I want to remove these but the thing is they didn't put some regular old screw they put plastic bolts.

How do you remove those bolts!?

What do you use to remove it?

And what bolt or wrench do you use to remove it with like what type?

Please let me know if you also bought a car from their thanks!
