Need help to understand this particular router table entry

I can't interpret what is doing. Lookback and broadcast doesn't make sense to me. Can someone explain what is happening here.

Never mind, I think I have it. This is the local loopback address. Any messages sent to this address are redirected to 127.0.0.1.

That's not a broadcast IP, that's the subnet mask stating that it's a singular IP.

IP address = 127.0.0.1 (yes local loopback)
mask of this IP = 255.255.255.255 (only this IP)
gateway = on-link
interface = 127.0.0.1
Metric = 306 ("weight" of the path, or quality)
