I am building my first so called "rig" and I want to know if it will work

I did some research and I chose the following parts:
Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
Asus P8H77-V LE ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Crucial Ballistix Sport 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Crucial M500 240GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Hitachi 4TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Asus GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card
Raidmax Viper GX ATX Mid Tower Case
Antec EarthWatts Green 380W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer
Microsoft Windows 8 (OEM) (64-bit)
Lenovo LI2721S 60Hz 27.0" Monitor
Asus PCE-N53 802.11a/b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter
Gelid Solutions FN-FW12PL-18 75.6 CFM 120mm Fan x4 (for the case)
AZIO PRISM Wired Slim Keyboard
Cherry M-300R Wireless Laser Mouse
AKG K512 MKII Headphones

I am thinking of overclocking this possibly later and also please do not confuse me for I am only 14 and learning this. But then again I don't think that's too young, but still.

Thanks for the help :D

It looks like pretty nice Ivy Bridge build but there are two problems. If you want to OC you have the right processor for that, but you need a motherboard with a Z77 chipset, not H77. The other thing is your Power Supply, you will need more than that for that Video Card.
Here is a god Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Here is a good Power Supply: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
As for OCing, with tis Motherboard and the processor you chose, you wil be good to go when you are ready. With the new UEFI BiOS it makes it easier.

I entered the motherboard you suggested into partpicker and chose a Rosewill 500W 80+ Platinum Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply so will it work or is there any incompatibility?
