WD 500GB BLUE Problem

Hello!
I have a problem with an WD 500GB BLUE hard disk mounted on an Gigabyte computer.I have Microsoft Windows XP Professional with SP3.
The problem is:
If i enter "My computer" the hard disk is not showed here but in "Disk Management" says in the right of hard disk name "UNREADABLE".
So, what can i do?
I verified if bios can view this hard disk and the result was:he shows him.
Please help me!

The hard drive has probably failed & needs replacing.
