I would advise you to get a CoolerMaster Hyper TX3 Evo instead of the Zalman cooler; that's what I use in my own gaming build and I find to be a solid option, even for overclocking. Also, I recommend an AMD FX-8350, which is an 8-core unlocked processor at a stock 4.0 GHz, and at 30-40$ lower than the inferior (in my opinion) i5. You could use 4gb of the same corsair RAM, unless you want to run many games at once, which you don't. I would downgrade the screen to a 21.5 1080x1920p solution, since there is barely any difference (again, this is my personal opinion. Someone else might need a few extra inches.). You could even buy the best gtx 670 there is instead of the 770, which is basically a 680, but that is up to you; I personally wouldn't sacrifice the performance of my GPU. All of these changes, even without the GPU change will save you quite a bit of money.

Unfortunately, I have limited options on the website that I'm using has limited options. I would love to choose that cooler but the other options are water cooling and I'm not confident with buying on off them so I'm going to have to stick with Zalman CNPS5X Performa, the 24" has a tiny amount difference compared to the 21.5" available, lol. Thanks for your feedback, i'll be sticking with my options as they are limited. Just wondering if this is a good build for the money.

Appreciate the reply! :)

Yes, this is a VERY good build. Actually, it will OWN many modern games, including Battlefield 4, Tomb Raider, Assassin's Creed 4 (a game that is, for some reason, never included in benchmarks) and more. No worries man, it will be an outstanding pc. Not to mention you will get a copy of Rome 2 Total War for free with that CPU, if you didn't know.
