This is what I've come up with, although it may not be what I am looking for.

My budget is $1500 so I want to make sure that what I get is what I paid for. I want to to be a gaming tower and I would like to be able to run Star Craft 2: Heart of the Swarm and Diablo III Reapers of souls on high or ultra at 60fps. Also I would like to run games like Metro Last Light on high with no issues (As well as Elder Scrolls Online, if it doesn't fall into that category). I would love to be over clocking, so liquid cooling is something I want. I'm sort of unsure what I should be looking for in a motherboard and I am also unsure about my graphics card, because I am not quit sure whether or not it is tacking full advantage of the cpu or not. The last thing I'm unsure about is my power supply, I do not if it is to big or to small. Some please help me!

If you see something wrong or strange about my choices then please bring it to my attention. This being my first build, I want to make sure that I get all the right parts for what I'm looking for.

You have an unlocked Processor which wil allow for Over clocking, The motherboard you have chosen will not. This one is better suited to the processor you have chosen: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157296&clickid=3z9ygYWWzxDaznKSraQJFWLtUkTQ9rSZsSddzk0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na
You also have way too much Power supply. THis one will do and still has a lot of over head, but will keep you below budget: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139010
