Silent System for 1080p

Hi guys,

Looking at a fresh build after recently dumping my 1st gen i5/ HD5870 combo. Looking for something quiet with no little or no lights, and it's only going to be used on one or two 1080p monitors. I've made a list with a part/shop picker for my country, does anyone have any recommendations for changes that could be made to reduce cost/increase performance?

The RAM is fairly low quality CL 10 is not good . Lower numbers are better , and it should be rated for 1.5 volts or less

Aywun wouldnt be a first choice brand .
You need 500 watts for a build like this
The Corsair 500M is a decent price and you'd have the advantage of it being modular
