This is going to be my first build! What do you think about it? Anything going to be bottlenecked? I want to keep it at that price, but if you got something, tell me! Thanks!

It's fine, but change you memory fro a single 8 Gb stick to a matched set of two 4gb sticks to take advantage of the dual Channel.

I think the hardware is great, but do keep in mind Windows 7 support for the mainstream ends in 2015.

(And Windows 8.1 isn't actually that scary when you get to know her)

Dual Channel is really not a concern with gaming unless using integrated graphics. Single stick is fine-- although there is a comfort to having 2x4GB if one stick goes bad you aren't out a computer.

Running in Dual channel effectively doubles the bandwidth to and from the memory. Granted most stuff doesn't really make good use of the bandwidth, so ! stick or two probably doesn't make a lot of difference.

I think ill stick with one stick, dual channel isn't all great from what I heard. In the future Ill be able to stick another 8GB stick and only have 2 instead of 4. Will that case fit my GPU?
