If I could improve it without passing $760 that would be great.
The specs are: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3rRan
CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon R9 270 2GB Video Card
Case: Rosewill CHALLENGER ATX Mid Tower Case
PSU: Corsair CX 430W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
DVD Writer: LG GH24NSB0 DVD/CD Writer
OS: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit)
I would also need a good monitor, but I don't know which one to choose, a little help would be great.
I have these incompatibilities:
Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the Rosewill CHALLENGER ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports.
and
Rosewill CHALLENGER ATX Mid Tower Case and Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler height clearance could not be verified.
What should I do about them?

A nice power supply like the xfx ts 550w is much more reliable for that build. Your wattage is at 350 already and overclocking may bring your wattage to dangerous watt levels with that psu.

The ripjaws and the ares are made by the same company. I suspect branding or better heatsinks or a slightly lower profile or lower latency. They are similar but the ripjaws is probably not better noticeably in real life. Either is fine, and the ripjaws may have a nice combo or two. Be careful on prices when doing combos though.

very little, RAM has diminishing returns after 1600 Mhz CAS 9, the brands dont matter so much. If you ask me the difference is close to zero.

Oh, OK :) So, and about the monitor, what should I choose? I forgot to tell you, I would like a cool case with great ventilation system e some side windows, so I could see the interior of the PC. If it is possible, with some blue Leds, if not, oh well... Thank you for all your help :D
