Can my system run games on ultra at 1440p?

I want to know in general if this will work and how well I'll be able to run games on this with this
Monitor:
Asus PB278Q 27.0"

This is the system I am building (first build ever)

i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core

Crucial M500 240GB 2.5" SSD
Hitachi 4TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Video Cards:

Power Supply
Antec 650W ATX12V / EPS12V

You could run Counter Strike: Source on ultra with no problems :)

Have you built this computer already? I would recommend just going with a single card instead of 2 slower ones unless you're getting them for free or at a very good price or something.

Also, 32Gb of RAM is extremely redundant. Go with 8GB if you are gaming or 16GB if you really want. Dont waste the money for 32. I've never gone over like 40% on my 16GB and I multitask a ton.
