I would like sugestions on the best gaming desktop with a cool case with side windows and blue/black theme with good air flow and with windows 8.1 under $700 I could build.
If possible I would like a suggestion too for the monitor, but that would be by the side ($700 for the PC and a suggestion to the best monitor for gaming under $50)
