Will this build work?

Drop the CPU cooler and just use the stock one for now. The motherboard won't let you get any real overclocks anyway.

Change the PSU to an XFX550. WAY WAY better quality.

Don't expect to play any games until you get a real GPU in there.

Ok Ill drop the CPU cooler I dont plan on overclocking anyways and I'm gonna stick with the Corsair I've heard its very good and consistent

No, that Corsair is not great at all. The CX units are made with crummy low quality capacitors that easily fail. There are threads here all the time with ruined computers due to CX PSUs. For Corsair, the ONLY good models are the Seasonic made ones: HX,AX,TX. The CX,CS,RM units all use the crap capacitors. Stick with Antec, XFX, Seasonic or the Three Corsair units I listed.

The motherboard is low end but you aren't overclocking so that's fine. The GPU is the weak spot and you won't really be gaming until you get one. Don't even bother getting the gt630 because the motherboard has built in video. Save the money up to get something better that can actually run games.
