a german gaming magazine released the specs to max out watch dogs on april 6th:

requirements for max settings are:
*) CPU: an i7 3770k or on the amd side the fx 8350
*) GPU: GTX 780

this infos came directly from ubisoft and watch dogs really benefits from 8-threaded processors

a lot of people think that the cpu requirements are indeed pretty high, especially on the intel side so imho an i5 4670k should be fine

you reach the requirements with your cpu but not on the gpu side .... the r9 280x is a great card, i own one myself (toxic from sapphire) but the gtx 780 kicks its ass

high details with medium antialising should be fine imho with your setup

by the way, here is the link to the article I refered to:
http://www.gamestar.de/spiele/watch-dogs/news/watch_dogs,48384,3054483.html

it's in german so maybe translate it to englisch with the google translator, this should sum it up ,-)
